1. Booking and Payment:

To secure your booking, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, as specified in the tour itinerary or booking confirmation.

Payment methods accepted by Let’s Discover Africa  may include credit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods. Please refer to your booking confirmation for payment instructions.

2. Tour Prices and Inclusions:

Tour prices are quoted in the currency specified in the tour itinerary and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

The price of the tour includes only those services and items explicitly stated in the tour itinerary or booking confirmation. Additional expenses such as meals, entrance fees, and optional activities are not included unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellation fees may apply if a tour booking is canceled after confirmation. The amount of the cancellation fee depends on factors such as the timing of the cancellation and the policies of our suppliers.

Refunds for canceled tours are subject to the terms and conditions of our suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, and activity operators. We will process refunds promptly and transparently in accordance with these terms.

4. Changes to bookings:

Changes to tour bookings, including changes to travel dates, itinerary adjustments, or substitutions of services, are subject to availability and may be subject to additional costs or fees imposed by our suppliers.

We will communicate any applicable fees or charges to our clients before making changes to their bookings.

5. Liability and Responsibility:

Let’s Discover Africa acts only as an agent for tour operators, transportation providers, and other suppliers. We do not assume responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property resulting from the acts or omissions of such suppliers.

Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or expenses incurred during their tour.

6. Force Majeure Events:

Let’s Discover Africa reserves the right to modify or cancel tours in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or travel advisories.

In such cases, we will work closely with affected clients to provide alternative arrangements, reschedule tours, or offer refunds or credits, as appropriate and in accordance with our suppliers’ policies.

7. Acceptance of Risk:

Participation in tours booked through Let’s Discover Africa  may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with travel, wildlife encounters, and outdoor activities.

Clients acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release Let’s Discover Africa  from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during their tour.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Tanzania.
