Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO)
Your leadership journey begins in the vibrant town of Arusha, the gateway to northern Tanzania’s national parks. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by your guide and transferred to a lodge, an ideal setting for focus and reflection. Spend the afternoon unwinding by the hotel garden or engaging in insightful discussions in Arusha’s bustling markets. A unique planning component of the leadership development program will be introduced, seamlessly blending strategic visioning with your safari adventure. A welcome dinner under the African sky sets the stage for your transformative leadership journey.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast depart with lunch box from Arusha and your safari officially begins with a drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. Explore the park in an open-air vehicle, where you’ll spot giraffes, zebras, and perhaps even elusive predators like lions or leopards.
Participants will be captivated by the diversity of animals in their natural habitat as knowledgeable guides share insightful perspectives on the ecosystem
Accommodation: Overnight in Tarangire
Highlights: A team game drive with opportunities for up-close wildlife encounters. Witnessing a large population of elephants and the Tarangire River, which attracts the different wildlife species in the park.

From Arusha to Tarangire National Park is about 120 km (75 miles), taking approximately 2.5–3 hours by Road
Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park
On day three, right after breakfast, you’ll head to Lake Manyara National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions, vibrant birdlife, and picturesque landscapes. The park’s alkaline lake attracts thousands of flamingos, creating a pink hue across the horizon. Enjoy a game drive, followed by a picnic lunch at a scenic spot. Keep an eye out for hippos wallowing in the water or monkeys swinging through the trees.
Accommodation: overnight in Manyara
Highlight: A chance to see the unique tree-climbing lions and vast flocks of flamingos. Walking in the town of Mto wa Mbu accompanied by a local guide.

From Tarangire National Park to Lake Manyara National Park is about 110 km (68 miles), taking approximately 2–3 hours by road
Day 4: Lake Manyara—Ngorongoro Crater—Departure
Early morning breakfast on day four depart from Lodge and drive to Ngorongoro conservation area with parked lunch, and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater enjoy your lunch at crater floor, a UNESCO World Heritage site often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” The crater is a wildlife haven where your team will have the opportunity to see an incredible variety of animals, including rhinos, lions, elephants, and cheetahs. The sheer density of wildlife makes this one of the best spots for game viewing in Africa.
After the hours of exploring the crater, at noon you’ll drive back to Arusha town and be transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward journey.
